Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in the engagement letter or contract. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
